Let your return on your investment be beauty, kids pulling carrots, and the growth of a healthy farming community. We want to steward our land responsibly and we want to grow our farm into a valuable community resource. But to do it well there is so much the farm could use help with. We need money and vision, and we invite you all to help us imagine, and help us find money for our imagination. If you can provide financial support, an idea of something you could help us with, or a project that would benefit the farm, please let us know. We have also compiled a sort of wishlist, made up of materials and projects that we have identified as being important for the farm's development.

One morning a week you'll come out to the farm and help us in the garden. Being a work share is a great way to spend time on the farm and learn a bit about growing food. We spend the morning working and then eat lunch together. Work shares for the 2010 season will come either Tuesday or Friday mornings. They will come and work for about four hours, and in return take home a box of food.
If you like the idea of spending time out on the farm, but cannot commit as much time as work shares do, think about volunteering with us. We are creating an email list of volunteers whom we will notify when we need extra help. Or if you have some special expertise (mechanic, carpenter, etc.) let us know, and I'm sure we can make good use out of you.

* If you would like to help in any of these ways, or have some ideas of your own, please feel free to contact us.
